CENTRUS is launching Stage II after successful completion of Stage I. 

CENTRUS is located in the area of Riga called "Little Paris" in the past, full of pastry shops, cafes, tailors and photo studios. This place flourished in the early 20th century and has retained its special character.

Historically, in the mornings, the business people visited the business people, the intellectuals and students at the lunches fulfilled their conversations with their conversations, but in the evenings the writers, artists and actors gave it a bohemian charm. The economic life of the city with the high quality entertainment and culture world meets here.

Stage II will successfully combine this rich historical heritage with the requirements of modern life, creating a unique life experience that other projects cannot offer:

  • simultaneously five buildings with 142 apartments will be built from 24 to 210 m², as well as 7 commercial spaces with 90 to 560 m².
  • internal courtyard and promenade, closed in the evenings, will be completed - offering private outdoor space, closed in evenings and accessible to inhabitants of the Quarter only.

 

 

Already achieved

Two 7-storey residential buildings were built in Stage I, housing 82 apartments, all of which have already been sold and inhabited.

Stage I of the outdoor space is also done, establishing the currently public promenade, that will be closed in the evenings for exclusive use of the Quarter’s inhabitants in the future.

2-story underground parking is also ready.

Promenade is closed for public access in the evenings, creating a safe and peaceful community in the very center of Riga. Access to your home is controlled by you.
