CENTRUS buildings reach their highest point

A significant milestone has been reached in the construction of the CENTRUS quarter, as the buildings have now reached their planned height. Construction of the final phase of CENTRUS began in autumn 2025, and the quarter is scheduled for completion in late 2027, when it will welcome its new residents.

Continuing a long-standing construction tradition, a ceremonial wreath was raised at the highest point of the buildings during the topping-out ceremony. The event was attended by representatives of CENTRUS developer Centrus Real Land, construction company MONUM, the quarter’s property management company, construction supervision company BLV Advisory Group, architectural firm Layout17, and other project partners, as well as the construction team and invited guests.

The final development phase of CENTRUS comprises five new buildings being constructed simultaneously: four seven-storey buildings and one five-storey building. Together, they will offer more than 150 apartments, as well as commercial premises on the ground floors of all five buildings. With the buildings’ structural frameworks now complete at their full planned height, an increasing share of construction work is shifting towards façade installation, engineering systems, interior construction and finishing, as well as landscaping and the development of the quarter’s promenade.
