1. Choose your apartment
Explore the available apartments or contact our sales specialist, who will help you choose a home that best suits your wishes and needs.
2. Experience CENTRUS in person
Get in touch with our sales specialist and visit the CENTRUS sales centre. Discover the project’s architecture, layouts and selected finishing materials, and see them in person.
3. Reserve your apartment
Sign the reservation agreement and confirm your choice with a 5-10% initial payment of the apartment purchase price.
4. Sign the purchase agreement
Sign the apartment purchase agreement and receive your new home after the building is commissioned.
The remaining 90-95% of the purchase price is paid in accordance with the terms and schedule set out in the purchase agreement
