A symbolic event took place in the CENTRUS quarter - a time capsule with a message for future generations was embedded in one of the buildings of the final development stage. Five residential buildings are being constructed between Blaumaņa, Dzirnavu, Tērbatas, and K. Barona streets and will be completed by the end of 2027 with full high-quality interior finishing. This marks the second and final phase of the project, after which residents will enjoy a fully developed and landscaped quarter in the center of Riga. The ceremony was attended by representatives of Centrus Real Land, Monum, BLV Advisory Group, and Layout17.

Real estate developer Centrus Real Land has commenced construction of the second and final phase of the CENTRUS quarter. The project will deliver five new residential buildings featuring high-quality apartments, as well as commercial premises on the ground floors. The developer plans to complete the new quarter by the end of 2027. The buildings are designed by the architectural bureau Layout17, while construction works are carried out by Monum.
