A symbolic and significant event took place in the CENTRUS quarter — a time capsule containing a message for future generations was embedded in one of the buildings of the final stage of the CENTRUS development. This moment marks an important milestone in the development of one of the most significant new projects in the center of Riga. In the block between Blaumaņa, Dzirnavu, Tērbatas, and K. Barona streets, five residential buildings are being constructed simultaneously.

The buildings will include 142 apartments ranging in size from 24 to 210 m², as well as 7 commercial premises on the ground floors. All apartments will be commissioned at the end of 2027, and residents will receive them with full interior finishing using high-quality materials.

Real estate developer Centrus Real Land has commenced construction of the second and final phase of the CENTRUS quarter. The project will deliver five new residential buildings featuring high-quality apartments, as well as commercial premises on the ground floors. The developer plans to complete the new quarter by the end of 2027. The buildings are designed by the architectural bureau Layout17, while construction works are carried out by Monum.
