Real estate developer Centrus Real Land has commenced construction of the second and final phase of the CENTRUS quarter. The project will deliver five new residential buildings featuring high-quality apartments, as well as commercial premises on the ground floors. The developer plans to complete the new quarter by the end of 2027. The buildings are designed by the architectural bureau Layout17, while construction works are carried out by Monum.

CENTRUS is located in Riga’s historic centre, within a block bordered by Tērbatas, Blaumaņa, Dzirnavu and K. Barona streets, an area renowned for its distinctive charm and vibrant urban life.
